Screen Printing Production Assistant
Are you looking for a hands-on production oriented job in the print industry. Our growing screen-printing shop is looking for a reliable and motivated team member to join our production crew. We’re happy to train the right person who has a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn but the ideal candidate will have screen printing experience in some way and a desire to print. Although this is a creative field and we enjoy helping with personal projects this is not a creative or design oriented job. Applicants must be focused, self motivated and production minded. As part of our production team, you’ll help with: ✅ Reclaiming Screens and Darkroom Work – Clean, scrub and prepare screens for printing ✅ Print Station Assistant – Clean area & prepare ink for jobs, clean screens post production. ✅ Screen Printing – Printing Transfers for apparel ✅ Cutting & Prepping Materials – Use a paper cutter, razor blade, or scissors for precise cutting ✅ Operating a Heat Press – Apply prints to garments What We’re Looking For: ✔️ Experience with screen printing or darkroom work ✔️ Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently and take direction in a high speed environment ✔️ Enjoy working with your hands in a team environment ✔️ Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and spend the day on your feet in a labor intensive environment Job Details: 💰 Pay: $16.50/hr - $18.00/hr 📆 Schedule: Tuesday–Thursday, 10 AM – 4:00 PM with ability to pick up additional hours after training period (Total of ~ 18 hours per week) Why Join Us? 🌟 Learn valuable skills in screen printing and production 🎨 Work in a shop environment with flexible hours and supportive co-workers 🤝 Be part of a fun, collaborative team working together to build something How to Apply: Send us your resume, pictures of any printing that you have done and a quick note about why you’d be a great fit.
