You will work with the Supervisor to set-up new jobs, train the team & maximize their success and productivity. Previous "lead" experience is a must, along with a positive attitude & good work ethic. Must have good attention to detail & communication skills. Requires full physical abilities such as walking, bending/crouching, lifting/carrying (up to 25#), twisting, reaching, grasping.
