Please read carefully... Photo-Video Requirements/Considerations: - Show up on time, organized and ready to work with the staff to capture great content. - Maintain a courteous and encouraging attitude to coach attendees, judges and finalists to smile/connect for the camera. - We would like a professional photographer to capture authentic networking connections and various elements happening during the event. - We would also like you to bring someone who can record key elements of the event (under your direction) with a GoPro-like capture of 1080p content. - A specific "shot list" will be provided and can be discussed before a formal price quote is finalized. -A full timeline of the event day will be provided, and we require all team members to have a brief sync meeting one or two days before the event to walk through the shot list and event timeline sync. - We also encourage you to visit the venue the week before to ensure your lighting and equipment are sufficient to capture great content.
