❤️💍Get Married, Elope, or Renew Vows Anywhere on Oahu 💕 - Anywhere on Oahu

offered in person

❤️💍Congratulations on your engagement! I am licensed Wedding Officiant Kim Crinella and I make it simple for traditional and same sex couples to get married, elope, or renew their vows on Oahu. I create personalized non religious wedding ceremonies and will officiate your ceremony anywhere on Oahu. Legal weddings in Hawaii are recognized by all States in the USA and every country in the World. 💕Witnesses are not required in Hawaii so couples may have a ceremony with just the two of them or can be surrounded by family and friends. I will officiate a custom personalized non-religious wedding focused on your love anywhere on Oahu. To create your personalized ceremony I will interview you by email asking you a few questions about your journey as a couple and what traditions you would like to include then I will create a ceremony inspired by your love. During the ceremony I do the majority of the talking while you just hold hands and look into each other’s eyes. During the ring exchange you will have an opportunity to say your own vows or words of Love or you may request to say as minimal as possible. 🫶🏼You can incorporate any wedding or cultural traditions that will be meaningful to you into your personalized nonreligious wedding ceremony at no additional charge. I have a helpful resource of nonreligious Popular Hawaii Wedding Traditions at https://weddingsonoahu.com/hawaii-wedding-traditions with information on circle of flowers, Honi Honi Ha Breath of Life ceremony, lei exchange, sand unity ceremony, and lava rock ceremony. I also have explanations of dozens of other mainstream and cultural wedding traditions at https://weddingsonoahu.com/wedding-traditions-explained/ My Custom Wedding Fee depends on the location of your ceremony. You do not have to decide on the ceremony location until up to 24 hours before the reserved ceremony time. Please note some beaches on Oahu require a beach use permit to have a gathering, such as a wedding. If you choose a beach location for your ceremony that requires a use permit from the state of Hawaii then add an additional $50 to the prices below and I will arrange the $1M Liability Event Insurance and Use Permit from the state of Hawaii on your behalf. $200 plus tax Kapolei $250 plus tax Ewa Beach, Pearl City, Waikele, Waipahu $275 plus tax Downtown Honolulu, Waikiki, (lower parts and Ho'omaluhia Botanical Gardens), Mililani, Wahiawa, Nanakuli $330 plus tax Waialae, Aina Hina, Hawaii Kai, Maili $375 plus tax Makapuu, Waimanalo, Kailua, Kaneohe (upper parts), Kualoa Beach, Kualoa Ranch, Waimea, Haleiwa, Waialua, Makaha $400 plus tax Kaaawa, Hauula, Laie, Kahuku, Turtle Bay, Waianae, Yokohama Bay An additional fee of $75 is charged for wedding ceremony start times before 10am or after 7:30pm. The deposit is deducted from the total cost of the officiant service and the balance is due in cash, Venmo, Zelle or CashApp on the day of the ceremony. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ 🌟 A Hawaii Marriage License is required if you want to be legally married. If you are already legally married and want to renew your vows a marriage license is not needed. 💍👉MARRIAGE LICENSE APPLICATION PROCESS 💕How the marriage process works in Hawaii is you apply for the Hawaii marriage License online anytime within a year before your wedding date. Within 30 days of your wedding date you both must go to the dept of Health downtown Honolulu or meet with one of the authorized after hour Agents around Oahu to show your photo ids and pick up the Hawaii marriage license. They only can issue the marriage license, they can not legally marry couples. Then you have 30 days to present the Hawaii Marriage License to a licensed Hawaii Wedding Officiant (such as myself) who can legally marry you in a formal ceremony or simple marriage license signing. Wedding Officiants can only marry people, they can not issue marriage licenses. 1) Apply for the marriage license online at https://health.hawaii.gov/vitalrecords/marriage-licenses 2) On the application for the Marriage Performer choose Kimberly Marie Crinella 3) For Location you may leave blank and I will complete when I certify your marriage. 4) Pay for the marriage license ($65 up to 1 year prior to wedding day) and submit. You will be given a confirmation number, this is needed when you pick up your marriage license from the Hawaii dept of Health. 5) Within 30 days of your wedding date go together to pick up your marriage license and show valid photo id (passport, drivers license, state id, or military id) at the Health Department Building, 1250 Punchbowl St. Room 101 (1st floor) (corner of Beretania and Punchbowl Streets), Monday through Friday (excluding holidays), 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. 👍Once you pick up the marriage license there is no waiting period, the license will be valid for 30 days. Bring the marriage license they issue you with you on the day of your ceremony. I need this document to certify your marriage making you legally married after I officiate the ceremony. Verify both of your first, middle, and last names as they appear on the Marriage License for any errors as these will be your legal names after marriage once I certify the marriage. Notify me of any errors at the time of your ceremony. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ ❤️FYI'S If you would like to hire me as your wedding officiant I will work with you to finalize the details, answer questions, secure the date/time, and create a beautiful ceremony for you.
