Please be knowledgeable in the following areas, -Working on computers and understand how to navigate and work efficiently thru the following computer programs: Windows Family Excel Spread Sheet experience Word Hp smart Google and Google Chrome Quickbooks and Quickbooks work force Must have reliable transportation to travel to work Must be able to work in an office type environment and work well with others for a 40 hour work week Have a really good overall knowledge and work experience with computers, basic programs that small businesses use and need Understand how to use printers Must be able to accomplish the following tasks: When a customer calls answer the call and be able to gather all necessary information for scheduling and pricing. Being a positive and informative voice on the phone Being quick and efficient with communication to the customer on the phone and thru text messaging/emails.
