Nexus Youth & Family Services is a human services organization operating in Amador and Calaveras counties. The mission of Nexus is to serve members of the community through innovative programs, collaborative partnerships, and the provision of educational and therapeutic services. Examples of Nexus programs include: Youth Programs; Family Resource Centers; Parenting Classes and Home Visiting; Therapeutic Counseling Services; and Supervised Visitation. The Deputy Director of Administration will be responsible for the development, credentialling, and implementation of a comprehensive billing system to support agency operations. The successful candidate will lead the design and rollout of an efficient billing system, provide hands-on training to relevant staff members, and oversee the integration of billing functions into broader administrative workflows. This position requires strong technical, organizational, and leadership skills to ensure the system’s success and long-term sustainability.
