Legal Executive Assistant
Our client, a global law firm, is seeking a Legal Executive Assistant in New York. The hours are 9:30am-5:30pm with a hybrid schedule (in office Monday-Thursday, remote on Fridays). Responsibilities: * Provide high-level administrative support to attorneys, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel * Prepare, edit, and format legal documents, correspondence, and presentations * Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism * Track and manage attorney time entries and billing using internal systems * Assist with coordination of firm-wide and client events, as needed * Liaise with internal departments, clients, and external contacts * Maintain and organize physical and electronic files and records * Support attorneys with additional tasks and projects as assigned Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree highly preferred * 3+ years of legal administrative or executive assistant experience, ideally within a law firm or professional services environment * Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines * Exceptional written and verbal communication skills * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Compensation/Benefits: * Up to $105K base plus bonus and paid overtime * Medical, dental, and vision insurance * Generous PTO * HSA/FSA, free lunch on Wednesdays, commuter and parking benefits * Annual health reimbursement, gym discount, tuition reimbursement * Stipend for WFH setup, college coaching services, pet insurance * Personal concierge services (including travel, events, restaurant reservations, etc.) * 401K Beacon Hill is an equal opportunity employer and individuals with disabilities and/or protected veterans are encouraged to apply.
