About Us: All American Sitters is seeking compassionate and responsible childcare providers to join our team! We provide high-quality Professional Sitters for church nurseries, preschool rooms, and special events throughout Nashville and Franklin. Job Overview: This position is perfect for childcare providers, teachers, college students or nannies looking to pick up extra hours. Sitters will care for children in a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment at churches or special events. Shifts are flexible, making this a great fit for those with open availability and a love for working with children. Responsibilities: Supervise and ensure the safety of children at all times. Engage children in age-appropriate activities that promote learning and development. Provide basic care, including meal/snack preparation and cleanup. Assist with educational activities, playtime, and social interaction. Maintain a clean and organized childcare space. Communicate with church staff and parents regarding any concerns. Support children with special needs, if applicable. Follow church or event policies regarding childcare guidelines. Requirements: Prior experience in childcare, babysitting, or teaching. CPR & First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain). Experience working with toddlers and preschool-aged children is preferred. Patience, empathy, and excellent communication skills.
