Now Hiring: Signholders & Supervisors (Waynesboro Area) Pay: • Supervisors: $125 per day • Signholders: $50 per day • Primarily weekend work • 5-hour shifts (12 PM–5 PM or 11 AM–4 PM) • Ongoing opportunity ⸻ SUPERVISOR POSITION Qualifications: • Must have a valid driver’s license • Required weekend availability (Friday–Sunday; some weekdays may apply) • Must provide proof of car insurance and a clean driving record • Reliable vehicle required • Direct deposit account needed (Cash App preferred) • Able to handle pressure and multitask • Willing to travel between store locations if needed Responsibilities: • Open and close store locations • Complete and submit daily paperwork • Supervise signholders • Assemble signage • Maintain communication with team members and store staff • Manage store staffing ⸻ SIGNHOLDER POSITION Qualifications: • Must be available Friday through Sunday (some weekdays possible) • Dependable transportation required • Must have a working cell phone • Direct deposit account needed (Cash App preferred) • Must be able to stand for extended periods • Able to work in various weather conditions Responsibilities: • Arrive and leave on schedule • Hold and wave signs • Stay in contact with supervisors • Maintain a positive and enthusiastic attitude ⸻ Referral Bonus Structure: • If a supervisor brings a signholder: supervisor earns $125, signholder earns $50 • If no additional signholder is brought: supervisor earns $20 INTERESTED?
