JOB DESCRIPTION The Office Manager plays a critical role for the company by ensuring compliance and accuracy. This position is responsible for handling a wide range of administrative duties and providing corporate support. RESPONSIBILITIES • Auditing Consignment and Sales Paperwork • Inputs invoices and receives payments • Process documents for state registration, filling out the proper paperwork and ensuring that tax and title documents are also filled out accurately and in a timely manner • Staying up to date and organized on all paperwork and needed documents. • Maintains front of house presentation; clean and stock snack area, posters rolled and made available for our guests • Handling Cash – Making Bank runs • Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; inquires the nature of their business and directs them to appropriate person • Works all Gateway Caffeine and Chrome events and Holiday Party plus manages the showroom’s event budget • Running Errands for the Showroom • Backing up Editing and Posting Pictures and Videos • Assist in drives for videos • Backing up other employees and working as a team • Occasionally you may be asked to train new Office Managers or provide back up to other showrooms, some travel may be required • Serve as liaison with landlords and 3rd party vendors as needed QUALIFICATIONS • High School Diploma or equivalent required • 2 Years of Customer Service Experience • 2+ Years of Cash Handling Experience • Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record required KEY COMPETENCIES • Leadership in a team atmosphere • Problem Solving • Attention to Detail • Deadline Oriented • Time Management • Data Entry Management • General Math Skills • Basic Internet Skills • Organization • Supply Management • Listening Skills • Multi-tasking • Microsoft Office HOURS Our Showroom is open Tuesday - Saturday, 9am-5pm.
