Real Estate Paralegal
Seeking a full time Real Estate Paralegal with 3-5+ years law firm experience supporting litigation attorneys in the real estate commercial - tenant / landlord practice. Responsibilities include preparing pleadings, by-laws, purchase contracts, riders and other legal correspondence including affidavits, motions, certificate of service, etc.; maintain docketing and calendaring of cases and their court dates, keeping attorneys apprised of upcoming appearances. Strong experience in e-filing in New York Federal and Supreme State Court a must. Perform administrative/secretarial tasks as needed including processing bills, submitting reimbursement forms, time entry and drafting correspondence. Knowledge of document management systems is helpful. Must be a team player, detail oriented, very organized with solid proficiency in Microsoft Word and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
