Commercial Litigation Paralegal - Hybrid A top law firm in NY is searching for a Litigation Paralegal for their Midtown Manhattan office. This person should have at least 2 years of litigation paralegal experience with major complex commercial litigation. Responsibilities: Manage complex cases efficiently, leveraging legal expertise and technology for optimal outcomes. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to gather data and resources. Prioritize tasks, review documents, and provide insightful analysis aligned with case goals. Support cases from inception to resolution, including document management and trial preparation. Collaborate with eDiscovery teams and assist with court filings and depositions. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree preferred. 2+ years experience as a Commercial Litigation Paralegal Experience with major complex litigation If interested and have the experience, please submit your resume!
