Our busy personal injury law firm located in Midtown Manhattan is seeking a full-time Bilingual Office Assistant (English/Spanish) to join our team. We are dedicated to helping accident victims and proudly serve New York’s multilingual communities. The ideal candidate is reliable, organized, and able to communicate effectively with our Spanish-speaking clients. ________________________________________ Job Responsibilities • Answer phones and greet walk-in clients • Assist Spanish-speaking clients with intake and case updates • Translate and relay information between attorneys and clients • Perform general clerical duties including data entry, scanning, filing, and mail handling • Provide support to attorneys and paralegals in personal injury case management ________________________________________ Requirements • Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken) • Excellent communication and customer service skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) and office equipment • Prior experience in a law office, preferably in personal injury, is a plus • Must be detail-oriented, dependable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment ________________________________________ Work Hours • Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM ________________________________________ Location • Midtown Manhattan, New York, NY (Easily accessible by subway) ________________________________________ How to Apply Please send your resume and a brief cover letter to jp@louroslawny.com with the subject line: “Bilingual Office Assistant – Personal Injury”
