If you’re experienced in building maintenance, janitorial, or similar industries and thrive on leading teams, problem-solving, and delivering top-notch service, this role is for you! What You'll Be Doing Be the night hero: Oversee the work of Independent Contractors (ICs) across multiple buildings and ensure they’re rocking our standards. Build relationships: Act as the go-to connection between our contractors and clients. Communicate priorities, solve issues, and make sure everyone is happy. Quality control: Perform nightly inspections, address concerns, and make sure each client location is spotless and stress-free. Stay in touch: Provide daily updates and keep the communication flowing with your team and the Facility Services Manager. Own the process: From complaint handling to new client starts, you’ll be on the frontline of operations. Why City Wide?
