Valid Florida Class D Security License Position Summary: Patrol assigned areas on foot or by vehicle to ensure safety and security. Monitor CCTV and alarm systems for unusual activity. Enforce access control procedures and verify identification of personnel and visitors. Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, or suspicious activity. Complete detailed incident and shift reports accurately and on time. Assist in evacuations, emergency response, and crowd control when needed. Communicate clearly with clients, visitors, and emergency responders. Follow company policies, site-specific post orders, and standard operating procedures. Qualifications: Former or current corrections officers High school diploma or equivalent required. Prior security, military, or law enforcement experience preferred. Strong observation, communication, and report-writing skills. Ability to remain calm and act decisively under pressure. Must be reliable, professional, and physically fit for patrol duties.
