Brand Besties is seeking four professional and outgoing Brand Ambassadors to represent our client at an upcoming Summer Kick Off event in Annapolis, MD. As our Brand Ambassadors, you will play a key role in ensuring the event runs smoothly and that all guests have a positive and welcoming experience. As an Event Hostess, you will assist with event setup by organizing wristbands and drink tickets and ensuring the registration area is prepared. During the event, you will warmly greet guests, manage the registration table, provide event information, answer inquiries, and assist with crowd control to ensure smooth operations and a positive experience for attendees. Post-event, you may help with minor breakdown tasks if needed. Maintaining a professional and welcoming demeanor throughout is essential. Event Location: Annapolis Town Center Dates & Times: June 21st, 3:30PM - 7:30PM Pay: $28.00/hr Parking: Parking will be free and provided on site. Responsibilities: During the Event: ● Greet guests warmly upon arrival and manage the registration table. ● Provide information about the event and answer any guest inquiries. ● Assist with crowd control to ensure smooth guest flow and maintain a pleasant atmosphere. ● Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor while representing the client. ● Assist with the raffle table, craft table, food distribution and crowd control Post-Event: ● Assist with minor breakdown tasks if required. Qualifications: ● Previous experience in event hosting or customer service is preferred. ● Strong interpersonal and communication skills. ● Positive, outgoing, and professional demeanor. ● Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently. ● Must be punctual and reliable. ● Ability to stand for extended periods.
