I use Only Canon gear for camera and lenses, also Manfrotto, Gitzo (for tripod & heads).
All photos will be done with Multi-Exposure technique, (which basically means each final image will consist of 5-7 different exposure images stacked together in post production) so the quality after post production will be the highest, allowing you to print them even for large posters.
Drone is the best one in the market: DJI Mavic 2 Pro (with Hasselblad camera)
Videos will be 2-4 minutes long and will cover entire home + backyards and garages if needed. Those video clips will be uploaded to youtube and you will have the link to show all your potential clients, making the chances of buying the house even higher!!
