SoCo Park Apartments is seeking a Courtesy Officer. Courtesy Officer Assist the Community Manager in handling any resident problems as requested. Conduct follow-up interviews with residents who have reported to the management that they have been victims of a crime. Notify the Community Manager of planned absences. Meet the Community Manager regularly. This should be done a minimum of three (3) times per week, and more often, if necessary. Attend as many community-sponsored social functions as possible (at least once a quarter in uniform). Maintain a courteous presence among the residents. Walk the community, and check common areas (leasing office, clothes care center, business center, fitness facility, pool area, and parking areas). Respond to after-hours calls regarding noise disturbances and incidents on the community. Perform weekly light checks. Check for parking violations.
