Hello, My son leased a 1Bd/1Ba in a 4Bd/4Ba furnished apartment from a complex called “Campus Circle Apartments” for the August 21, 2025 to July 31, 2026 school year. Campus Circle Apartments 1010 West University Avenue Urbana IL 61801 As he has now decided to not return, he now needs to find another male student to relet (have his lease transferred to a new renter). The other 3 rooms will be filled or matched by Campus Circle. Each of you will share a common space including the living room and laundry machines in the apartment. As the new resident, you will be responsible for a $200 application fee with Campus Circle. It is furnished as seen on the D2 floor plan on the following link: https://www.campuscircleapartments.com/urbana/campus-circle-urbana/student/ The monthly rate will be discounted to $879/month as result of my son signing his lease early (compared to the regular rate of $1099/month) There will be a one time WiFi set up fee of $95.
