Unfortunately I don't perform new carpet installations anymore, but can save you loads of coin if your existing carpet can be salvaged by being professionally repaired and/or re stretched!👍 Renter's...don't lose your entire deposit due to your dog or cat tearing up an area of your carpet!!😞I have over 30 years as a professional flooring mechanic and have an endless number of satisfied customers. I will re-stretch your existing carpet with a power stretcher and can replace damaged pad if needed "and provided in certain circumstances" I can also repair damaged seams and fix torn up areas with the carpet out a closet...if you don't still have leftover from the original install. I also do smaller tile installs and repairs. Can re caulk or touch up up your grout if you have from original install or can still get or know color! Replace cracked tiles.
