Local janitorial service is looking for a part time Office Manager. Approximately 15 hours a week. Hours are 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. Monday - Friday (with some flexibility). Primary responsibilities would include: - Office support for our COO and General Manager. - Managing payroll and contractor payments (twice a month). - Maintaining employee and contractor records. - Conducting initial phone and in-office interviews with new applicants. - Working with COO to draft bid proposals for new clients. - Managing office emails and phone calls. - Helping maintain scheduling calendar. - Maintaining and organizing office area. - Conducting "cold-calls" to generate new customer leads (approx. 4 - 5 hours per week). Candidates would need to have a working knowledge of QuickBooks, as well as other basic computer programs, like Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Docs, etc. Would also need to have exceptional phone and communication skills.
