I/We are local Angel Type of Private Investors/Lenders interested in investing/funding local businesses in the Greater Ohio Tri-State (Indiana and Kentucky) area. We are NOT a bank or institutional lender. We have NO credit score requirements or lengthily difficult funding requirements. Our private funding starts at $25K and goes up to $1 Mil. per transaction. Our main office is located at 9600 Colerain Ave, in Cincinnati, Ohio. We cater to small to medium size businesses.
Our funding is based on the validity of the business.... What is the likelihood of the business being profitable and making money? Because I/we use our own funds, I/we have the ability to creatively tailor a funding or investment arrangement that meets you or your business needs.
I/we will also consider structuring various types of partnerships. I/we have over 30 years of business experience to insure a more likelihood of business success.
For further clarification, I/we do NOT ask for any money to consider your funding request. I/we also do NOT broker loans; however, we work with loan brokers, bankers, accountants and many other professionals, welcome and appreciate their referrals.
