HOSPITALITY, OPEN-MINDEDNESS, and ATTITUDE ARE KEY !!! __________________________________________________________ You MUST have the following availability: * TUE - THU: start @ 10AM (or 11AM) - 3PM (or 2PM) * CLOSING SHIFT: MONDAYS: 10AM OR 3PM - 7PM * CLOSING SHIFT: FRIDAYS: start @ 10AM (or 11AM) - 7PM ; available to close and operate cashier position and kitchen every other FRIDAY (2 Fridays a month). Hiring immediately. * CLOSED WEEKENDS * additional hours are always available for helpful team members; full-time position available __________________________________________________________ Requirements: 2+ years food, restaurant, and/or customer service experience preferred MUST be a team player round sandwich wrapping skills; paper wrapped. basic knife skills- julienne/dice veggies to standard size Conversational English- able to fill cashier position, answer the phone, and expo orders when needed Provide great hospitality/food quality in a high volume setting Personable customer service and a desire to make connections with guests Ensure all food and beverage on the line meets food safety and quality standards Cleanliness, organization, and a well-maintained hygiene Achieve new challenges and taking initiative on responsibilities Be open minded to training and development Apply trained skills and responsibilities to all assigned stations Open availability and flexibility - ability to work a variety of shifts Must be available for lunch 10am/11am - 3pm/2pm __________________________________________________________ Responsibilities: Set up bread, soups, and all kitchen lines for service in a timely manner operate cashier position when needed and cash handling; in-store orders, online orders, catering orders, 3rd party delivery orders *basic/conversational English required operate, stock, prep, and clean salad station efficiently operate, stock, prep, and clean sandwich station efficiently take and give out customer orders in hospitable fashion sweep, mop and clean house *responsibility is split amongst all team members take out trash and recycling *responsibility is split amongst all team members wash dishes; no plating service at bon fresco- sandwiches are wrapped and salads/soups are plated in disposables. Wash your own prep dishes and customer dine-in trays.
