Ryobi 80940B power washer with Honda Gcv190 engine. Runs and makes pressure. As soon as you let off the trigger the engine stops cold. It is a problem with the by-pass or "unloader" valve. This problem occurred last year. I anti-freezed the pump and drained the fuel. The wand is missing. These engines are great replacement engines for Toro Timemaster mowers or you could just repair the valve.
