Chief Technology Officer
• Define and execute the company’s technology vision, evolution and roadmap. • Oversee and lead the design, development and implementation of technology strategies, systems architecture, and software development. • Ensure that technology solutions align with the company’s business objectives and client needs. • Supervise the IT team in managing the organization’s technical infrastructure and cybersecurity protocols. • Ensure compliance with industry standards and government regulations on data security and privacy. • Mange risk by developing strategies for data protection and disaster recovery. • Lead the integration of third-party services, client systems, and other enterprise applications into the company’s technical ecosystem. • Oversee infrastructure upgrades, cloud computing strategies and migration to new technologies. • Lead Solutions & Architecture team across multiple locations. • Mentor software engineering leads. • Collaborate with internal teams, external outsource teams, individual contractors, and partners to deliver scalable solutions. • Review and approve key technical decisions for specified projects. • Oversee multiple IT projects concurrently, ensuring timeliness, budget adherence, and quality control. • Develop and monitor project KPIs to ensure success in technology deployments. • Lead hiring process for Senior+ level software engineers. • Lead annual teams technical performance review. • Participate in pre-sales sessions. • Collaborate with clients on technology proposals and solutions. • Represent the company at conferences, business communities and technical forums. • Engage in continuous innovation, exploring emerging technologies to enhance product offerings. Master in CS or related + 4 years relevant experience; or Bachelor in CS or related + 5 years relevant, post-degree and progressive experience required. Proficiency with Java, Hibernate, SpringFramework, Python, NeuroLab, C/C++, JavaScript, PostgreSQL, Vertica, MongoDB, Oracle, MySQL/MariaDB, EXAsol, Snowflake, AWS, Google/BigQuery, Jenkins, Maven, Docker and Kubernetes required.
