We have for sale a 2014 Keystone Montana 3100RL. 8 months ago we sold our home and property in Cheatham county because it was too big for the two of us and bought this 5th wheel to live in while we found a smaller place to live. The six months we spent looking for a new home we lived in this Keystone in Tan Bark Campground in Dickson county. Having found our new place we are selling the 5th wheel. The Montana High Country is the top of the line in the Keystone family of campers. It is 35 feet long with 3 power slide outs with awnings . There is a large power awning on the front. The camper has no problems that we are aware of. Dual ducted AC units will freeze you out. The unit has an automatic leveling system and if you have ever had to level a large 5th wheel camper you know the value of this addition. The inside has two TV’s, Fireplace, Double door top of the line refrigerator/freezer, queen size bed, gas stove and furnace, washer/dryer built in vacuum system. This is an Artic model meaning you can live in it year round if you choose to. This camper sold for $88,000 new and has a NADA average retail price of $39,000 now.
