We are experiencing a tremendous need for our service and are seeking an individual who is willing to grow with us. As a Quality Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting the Quality Consultant Manager in inspecting buildings, visiting clients, training franchisees in basic commercial cleaning procedures and floor care systems, and any other tasks as needed. • Janitorial field experience: Experience in the janitorial industry is preferred. • Communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are essential. Candidate should have a strong sense of urgency and ability to organize and prioritize a multiple of tasks. Spanish speaking is a plus. • Dress Code & Vehicle: You must have a professional appearance and your own reliable transportation. • Basic math skills: Ability to perform basic math calculations. • Technical proficiency: Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. • Self-motivation: Self-driven with confidence, outgoing personality, and a friendly demeanor. • Account management: Nurture and grow relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and upselling additional services. • CRM management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date account information in the company's CRM system. • Networking: Engage with property management groups in the Portland area to expand our client base. • Prospecting and closing: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, converting prospects into clients. • Salary: We provide paid training, auto and cell allowances, commission, and base salary. • Salary, Compensation, and Benefits: Competitive base pay, uncapped commissions potential, bonuses, car allowance, phone allowance, comprehensive benefits package including 401(k), dental insurance, health insurance, and paid time off. • Schedule: Full-time position with an 8-hour shift, from Monday through Friday, 8:30 A.M to 5:00 P.M., during day hours, plus flexibility to work evenings sometimes each week when necessary. • Work Location: This position requires in-person work at our Tigard, OR office.
