Hello all, We have 2 immediate and 3 Fall openings at Guided Growth Early Learning (License number CF503087)! Immediate Openings: 1 Preschool (age 2.5-4yrs) 1 Infant or toddler (ages 3-30mnths) Fall Openings: 2 Preschool (age 2.5-4yrs) 1 Infant or toddler (ages 3-30mnths) Get to know a bit more about Guided Growth Early Learning: We’ve been licensed through The Department of Early Learning and Care since 2014. We enroll children long-term in infancy with the goal of continuity of care and education up until Kinder. We are in East Springfield close to Thurston half a mile from Riverbend Elementary in a house that is not a home but instead used entirely as a schoolhouse. We are staffed with four experienced and qualified teachers. I, as the Director and Head Teacher, hold a Bachelor’s of Science in Early Childhood Education and the other teachers hold a step 7, 10, and 10 respectively on Oregon’s Professional Development Registry (scale of 1-12, with a step 10 being a bachelor’s degree in the field, and an 11 being a Master’s and 12 being a PHD) We have made a commitment to quality through SPARK our state’s quality rating improvement system. We have two classrooms, one for infants and toddlers (1:3 ratio) and one for preschoolers and pre-k (1:5 ratio). We have exceptionally low ratios compared to centers and even most home programs, which is something we value to give all our children high quality care and guidance. We have two rooms used only for naps, one for each class so that our younger and older kids have an easier time resting. We are a screen-time free environment and value children being active and engaged with teachers, peers and their environment. We do not have or keep pets on site. We have a large, fenced playground along with a fully covered patio, as well as a seasonal garden in the Spring and Summer time. We provide developmentally appropriate hands-on learning materials and activities, and as we get to know your children, we prioritize obtaining classroom materials that help them at their current levels. We spend a lot of time outdoors in the rain or shine. We have an excellent licensing history and references available on request. We provide nutritious snacks and lunch via the USDA food program free of charge We value inclusion and diversity. You can check out our business FB page and website below: https://www.facebook.com/GuidedGrowthEarlyLearning [https://www.ggearlylearning.com/] If you have any questions, please PM me. I would be happy to discuss your family's needs in detail and see if our program might be a good fit. After a phone interview we can schedule a tour. *All images used are with parent permission.
