This Camper is an exceptional condition 35 foot 8300 pounds, brand new tires, roof AC works perfect, everything works as should! Fueling station, only thing that is not operational right now is the generator, the generator only has 42 hours on it and was removed to have it serviced it was serviced just needs to be put back on, all lights operate and function properly exterior and interior, all landing gear is fully operational no water damage/soft spots anywhere!
