ABOUT THE SPACE
The residence is owned by UNCORKbuild, a non-profit prayer and meeting house with a strong community focus.
Three private rooms are available for rent:
-- Large Room (13’ x 13’ / 169 sq. ft.): $650/month
-- Medium Room (13’ x 11’ / 143 sq. ft.): $550/month
-- Small Room (11’ x 11’ / 121 sq. ft.): $450/month

Shared Amenities
Full kitchen, Dining room, Living room, Basement
Common areas may also be reserved for gatherings but are generally open for use. (Cannot use common areas for gatherings of more than 2-3 guests unless rented.)
