This is a four-week study to determine usefulness of a new method of reducing the effects of addictive behavior: Members of the study group will be part of a research study to determine the effectiveness of a program designed to reduce the reliance of on addictive devices and behavior. Addiction can result as a reliance on substances such as caffeine, nicotine, or other substances, and it can be related to online websites, cell phone usage, or social media. This study involves behavior modification and is a novel approach to addiction management.
