Party Server:
• Kitchen assistance and preparation of food
• Serve and greet guests with hors d'oeuvres and cocktails
• Party Style: Buffet Set-Up / Dinner Service / Cocktail Parties
• Buffet Set up Service: main entrée, dessert, coffee etc...…
• Maintain party, replenish food, clean up party
• Store away all food leftovers
• Wash dishes / glassware / complete clean-up
Bartender:
• Supply bartending tools: Wine/Beer opener / Cocktail Shakers / Ice bucket and scoop
• Bar set-up/Breakdown
• Bartending - both standard and specialty drinks
• Create a Signature Cocktail for Party Theme
Light Grilling (Hamburgers, Cheese Burgers, Hot Dogs, Steaks and Chicken)
Party Rate: $25 per hr.
5 hr. Minimum
