This research study, funded by the National Institutes of Health, is recruiting adults who have experienced traumatic events and are currently maintained on buprenorphine or methadone for opioid use disorder. Eligibility: Other eligibility criteria apply. Study activities: This research study is investigating 12 weeks of telemedicine-delivered Prolonged Exposure therapy. Participants may be asked to complete an original eligibility assessment conducted remotely through telehealth as well as: Daily 5-minute surveys through telephone or online. 5 scheduled follow-up assessments conducted remotely through secure telehealth. 12, weekly, 60- minute, individual therapy sessions conducted remotely through secure telehealth. Total Study Duration is 9 months. All study activities conducted virtually. Compensation: Based completion of study activities, maximum is $768 - $1688.
