We are in the final countdown to our second all-female ‘Be’ Summit taking place this Saturday in the stunning Richmond Education and Event Centre, Smithfield, Dublin 7, and what a day we have in store for you!

Not only do we have over 20 incredible speakers lined up that will be covering everything from how to kickstart your own business to being a more sustainable shopper, but we will also be delving into mindfulness, how to take control over your own life and how to retrain your brain’s negative thoughts into positive emotions with two of Ireland’s leading mental health and wellness gurus. Not to mention, a live hypnotherapy session from psychologist and trained hypnotherapist, Fiona Brennan, not to be missed.

We also have the hugely influential Maeve Madden on hand to guide us through our unfortunate common bloating issues. For our beauty lovers, we have a host of beauty authorities speaking on the day; Lucy McPhail, owner of the cult online beauty store, Fetch Beauty, will be talking through her most asked questions and her genuine go-to products, beauty professionals Zoe Clarke and Trudy Hayes will be showing you a range of 5-minute hair and makeup styles that you can achieve at home in a very special masterclass, while Jeanette Dunne from the award-winning Renew Skin Clinic will be discussing the new innovations in beauty treatments that promise to treat ageing, weight loss, and improve the tone of your skin. For fashion lovers, I will be hosting a masterclass alongside stylist Sinead Keenan, discussing how to dress like the most stylish women on the planet, how our inspiration has evolved from catwalk to street style, and what looks work and why.

For anyone in business, we have a real treat in store with the globally influential retail and brand innovator, Liz Bacelar of Current Global, flying in from New York for one day only to speak about the future of the fashion industry, what technology is driving it and the role of sustainability in our new future. Zara Flynn, Managing Partner of Rothco part of Accenture Interactive, will also be giving a hugely inspirational talk from her own experience as a woman in a leading position, managing an award-winning creative agency while being a mum of twins, and how that led to actionable change, both personally and professionally, with the culmination of creating her own fashion label, I Can I Do.

Across four stages, we will be tapping into travel, health, wellness, career, fashion, and beauty, and each of those four stages will be designed by the incredibly talented team behind Create by kld using DFS furniture to create a bespoke atmosphere for each room. The founder of Kingston Lafferty Design, Róisín Lafferty, will herself be talking about her own journey to the top of her field and interior design tips and tricks not to be missed.

But that’s not all; we want you to come, listen and get inspired, but we also want you to have fun—it is a Saturday after all—so we have set up a stunning marketplace with 11 curated Irish vendors for you to shop from. On the day, you’ll find the cutest kids bedding by Moon Mood, and kids clothes from Chaos + Harmony; cosy knitwear from I Can I Do, as well as graphic sweatshirts and tees from clothing and lifestyle brand, Stencilize. If you love jewellery you will be spoilt for choice as the award-winning jewellery brand Capulet and Montague will be there, as will DakiDaki Design, and Kaiko Studio which stocks stunning and affordable jewellery and homeware. Also for the home aficionados, you have Cosy Home Wax Melts, Jo Browne Solid Perfume, and Fold & Seal. Meanwhile, if you have a special occasion coming up or you just love the must-have accessory of the season, the headband, make sure to check out Jennifer’s Hat Emporium. Don’t forget to bring money as these are worth spending on.

Founder of Raven App and speaker Trudy Hayes will also be hosting a pop-up beauty shop and lounge on the day so you can get your hair done and your makeup touched up for those special social shots that our social photographer will be papping on the day.

We are also thrilled to announce that the coolest and newest gin in town, Method and Madness, will be hosting a gin bar in ‘The Parlour’ room. Method and Madness is a micro-distilled gin from Midleton that launched earlier in the year and is already being noted as the gin to drink due to its complicated but delicious combination of 16 botanicals, including black lemon, gorse flower and lavender. For your caffeine fix, Cocobrew will be serving specialty coffees from their vintage coffee van just outside the venue where the Q102 Blue Crew will also be playing the hits.

If you want to stick around for lunch in ‘The Tea Room’, there is a Just Eat voucher in every attendee’s goodie bag, which also includes over €50 worth of products from the delectable Lily O’Brien’s chocolate share bags to a host of beauty products to spoil yourself with.

And last but not least, we have over €1000 worth of prizes to be given away between now and Saturday.

One lucky ticket holder who has already purchased or will purchase their tickets in the next three days will have the chance to win an amazing Shiseido hamper with a value of over €250! But don’t be too disappointed if you don’t win on your first attempt as a second hamper will also be given away on the day of the event.

All attendees on the day will also have the opportunity to win a stunning armchair from DFS worth €499, and beauty giveaways from This Works!

Tickets will be available on the day but to avoid disappointment book online now.

Registration opens at 9.30 am and the first talk starts with my opening address at 10.15 am. Now, what are you waiting for? We can’t wait to see you there!
