In less than three weeks time, we’ll be welcoming you to join us at The Richmond, Smithfield, where we’re hosting our second ever ‘Be’ summit. After the success of last year, ‘Be’ is back, bigger and better than before, with 19 incredible speakers across four key quarters covering everything from fashion and beauty to entrepreneurship, health and fitness, and more.

So, who can you expect at ‘Be’ 2019?

Kicking the day off on the ‘Life’ stage, TED speaker Alison Canavan will be delving into the importance of being present and showing up each and every day. Through a series of mindfulness techniques and interactive activations, Alison will guide on how to be in the driving seat of your own life. Award-winning interior designer Róisín Lafferty will then be dissecting the key interior trends for autumn/winter 2019 and sharing her insider design tips and tricks on how to achieve them at home.

Do you know your ‘Profhilo’ from your ‘Body Ballancer’? Find out the latest non-invasive beauty treatments all the celebrities are using and what actually works with Renew Skin Clinic. Co-owner Jeanette Dunne will be on the ‘Beauty’ stage, examining the future of beauty with the latest technologies and innovations and which treatments get the best results, whether its for weight loss, anti-ageing or improving the clarity and vitality of your skin. Then, join Lucy McPhail, beauty expert and founder of Fetch Beauty, as she shares her wealth of knowledge on all things beauty, from the latest need-to-know ingredients to the must-have products that actually do what they say on the box. Trust us when we say, what Lucy doesn’t know about beauty isn’t worth knowing.

Leading the Sustainability panel on the ‘Fashion’ stage, we’ve got the founder of Irish-made label Theo + George, Katie O’Riordan, sustainable and circular fashion expert, Carrie Ann Moran, and sustainability spokesperson for Zalando, Ciara Griffin, talking sustainability in the world of fashion from the perspective of both the consumer and the retailer.

Then, join Liz Bacelar, CEO of Current Global, for her talk on the ‘Inspire’ stage, looking at the new forces shaping retail today and how the changing, digital-first consumer is redefining the rules for retail. From 5G augmented worlds to data privacy, and increased consumer apathy for the role of the brand, learn about opportunities on the table, and how to tap into innovation to achieve real results.

After lunch, discover the key to living a healthy, positive life and how to beat the bloat with lifestyle blogger and author Maeve Madden as she shares her insider tips and tricks for living with IBS and PCOS and how you too can transform your digestive health and fitness. If you’ve still got an appetite, award-winning travel writer and restaurant critic Jillian Bolger will then be lifting the lid on the seemingly glamorous world of travelling and eating out for a living on the ‘Life’ stage.

Taking inspiration from fashion industry insiders, stylists Sinead Keenan and Tanya Grimson, Editor of maven46, will be on the ‘Fashion’ stage dissecting this season’s biggest street style trends and revealing how you can recreate the look and dress like the most stylish women in fashion.

Meanwhile, on the ‘Beauty’ stage, top hairstylist Trudy Hayes and leading makeup artist Zoe Clark will be conducting three unmissable tutorials on how you can become your own hair and makeup guru in only five minutes.

On the ‘Inspire’ stage, join Sonia Deasy, Milena Jaksic and Alison Stroh for the Entrepreneur panel as they reveal what it’s really like to set up and grow your own business, including the highs and lows that come with it. These three incredible entrepreneurs will be sharing their insights, tips and tricks with journalist and MC Ruth O’Connor on how to become your own boss and establish your dream business.

Rounding the day off on the ‘Life’ stage with a session not to be missed, immerse yourself in Fiona Brennan’s workshop on creating positive habits in your daily life. Learn how to transform your negative thoughts into positive habits in a few easy steps and finish the day on a high with a live hypnotherapy session.
