Call us biased, but London Fashion Week is the one we most look forward to every season. With more Irish designers on the schedule than in any other city, London is home to some of Ireland’s best talent — think Richard Malone, Simone Rocha, JW Anderson, Paul Costelloe, and one half of Rixo. Add that to the fact that this season we got to see Alexa Chung’s sophomore show, Shrimps’ debut, and Victoria Beckham, who is temporarily eschewing New York in favour of her home city, and you’ve got an unrivalled selection of designers and brands that are brimming with energy, joy, and wit, counteracting the doom and gloom backdrop of Brexit and giving us something to smile about. Discover our favourite looks from the collections of Rejina Pyo, Molly Goddard, and Simone Rocha — which guest-starred Chloë Sevigny and Lily Cole on the runway — and more below and catch up on our New York highlights here.
