In the months since we first announced Be, our inaugural summit for women by women, we’ve added to the already incredible lineup with even more must-see speakers, pop-up beauty stations, mouthwatering treats and amazing prizes to be won. And of course, the goodie bags are prepped and brimming with surprises.

So, what can you expect on the day?

With over 20 speakers across four key quarters covering fashion, beauty, life and inspire, we’ve got a jam-packed day in store.

Kicking things off in the Inspire quarter at 10:30 am is the founder of your favourite beauty app, Raven, Trudy Hayes. As a professional hairstylist turned entrepreneur, Trudy will be speaking about her career, the inspiration behind Raven, and sharing her key advice for any future budding entrepreneurs. Meanwhile, in the Fashion quarter, designer Emma Manley will be telling all about the highs, the lows and the challenges of starting her own business in Ireland and why she turned her back on retailers and decided to go online. In the Beauty quarter you’ll find Lucy McPhail, founder of Fetch Beauty, sharing her need-to-know product recommendations and delving into the current beauty trends. If you’d like to learn about finding your career path, how to excel in your job, and how to find the motivation to pursue your dream job without the fear of failure then tune in to Paula Coogan‘s talk in the Life quarter.

Discover our insiders’ beauty secrets during our live Q&A at 11:30 am with some of the country’s top skincare and beauty experts, Trudy Hayes, Lucy McPhail, Nadine Reid and Marina Granville, where you’ll be given the chance to ask your deepest, darkest beauty questions. Learn about the beginner’s guide to Feng Shui with Katharina Gummelt and find out how you can achieve it at home in the Life quarter at 11:30 am. Fashion editor and best-selling author of The Happy Closet, Annmarie O’Connor, will also be speaking in the Fashion quarter at 11:30 am about how you can declutter your wardrobe and take the stress out of getting dressed followed by a Q&A session between stylist Sinead Keenan and Editor of maven46, Tanya Grimson, who will be discussing how to adapt the key trends for autumn/winter 2018 for the modern woman’s wardrobe at 12:30 pm.

PR guru and MD of Elevate PR, Emma Kelly, will then be on stage in the Inspire quarter to talk about building your personal brand, how your digital profile is the modern CV and giving out top tips on both, while Kara Heriot, co-founder of MumTalks, will be talking all about being a working mum, how to find the perfect work/life balance for you, not giving up on your career goals and passions in life in the Life quarter.

Following that, relax at one of our beauty pop-ups; treat yourself to a fresh new polish at the Mavala nail bar or have the pros at Raven App touch up your hair and makeup.

To quench your thirst throughout the day we have Diet Coke and Peroni on hand while lunch comes courtesy of Just Eat and Freshii.

After you’ve refuelled, listen to maven46 contributor and celebrity stylist Joolie Collier share what it takes to succeed in the fashion industry and how to curate an attention-grabbing Instagram in the Fashion quarter at 2:30 pm, or head over to the Life quarter where interior design expert Lisa Marconi be speaking about the trends for the upcoming season, spilling her top design tips and hacks, and simple ways to update your home. In the Beauty quarter, nutritional therapist Lauren Healy will be debunking the myths behind fad diets and offering practical advice on how to live a healthy, attainable lifestyle while Debbie O’Donnell will be impressing us all in the Inspire quarter, sharing how she became executive editor for Virgin Media Television (formerly TV3). Debbie will also be joined on stage by Xposé presenter Nadine Reid who will give us an insight into her own career path to television.

At 3:30 pm, fellow Xposé contributor and stylist, Lorna Weightman, will be speaking about the key fashion trends for autumn/winter 2018 with practical based tips on how to adapt them for your body shape while award-winning makeup artist Judy Wong will be discussing her career which spans 18 years, her top makeup tips and how to perfect your personal style and beauty regime in the Beauty quarter. Meet the love coach that everyone likes to read on maven46, Persia Lawson, in the Life quarter where the best-selling author, Vogue contributor and “one of the UK’s most successful love coaches” will be giving first-hand advice on dating, sex, love, her own entrepreneurial journey and everything in between.

In the Inspire quarter, find out how Áine Mulloy became an advocate for empowering women by creating GirlCrew HQ, a network that inspires women to reach out to each other, to connect in a world full of disconnection. Learn about her experience launching a start-up that is now expanding worldwide and the lessons she learned along the way that are guaranteed to empower and inspire anyone thinking of trying something bold and new at 3:30 pm.

To motivate you into getting fighting fit, international rugby player and fitness coach Megan Williams will be revealing her key fitness tips at 4:30 pm as well as talking about the highs and lows of being a woman in a male-dominated sport and how she has faced adversity and her opponents head-on.

Rounding things off at 4:30 pm will be our final panel of the day in the Life quarter where Kara Heriot will be joined by Persia Lawson, Lauren Healy and Paula Coogan to discuss the all-important matters of how to look after yourself in today’s society, how to find the perfect work/life balance and manage stress.
