With Body & Soul just days away, festival season has well and truly arrived. But while the stereotypical festival fashion can be fun to experiment with, if you aren’t into parading about with flowers in your hair and glitter-all-over, then we have you covered with both stylish and comfortable alternatives. Taking inspiration from the A-list and our favourite bloggers to curate the perfect festival wardrobe, we’re pairing rainbow pants with straw totes, daring to go all-white, and opting for (tasteful) sequins galore. Shop our must-have festival looks below.

Red Hot

Taking inspiration from Danish stylist Jeanette Madsen, bring the heat with a sultry red dress but opt for comfort when it comes to your footwear with a pair of trainers and embellish with an ankle bracelet or two.

Sunshine Yellow

Bring the sunshine wherever you go by adding pops of yellow to your festival look. Comfort and style are tantamount in this look worn by Lucy Williams at Primavera last month.

Denim Cut-Offs

The most trusty summer staple and the perfect festival piece, pair denim cut-offs with a simple white blouse or a casual ribbed bodysuit by day and throw on a linen blazer for the evening and you are good to go.

Have fun with festival fashion and opt for some statement sequins. Pair with a bum bag and chunky leather boots to toughen it up and add a Nineties edge.

White Out

If you are guaranteed no muddy fields then opting for an all-white look is a simple and easy way to dress for a summer festival.

Taste the rainbow, or at least symbolise one, by incorporating a pair of multicoloured trousers as part of your look for a fun yet practical approach to festival dressing.
