A floral dress for summer is hardly groundbreaking but it is a wardrobe must-have this season. While our slip dresses are taking respite, we cannot get enough of the insouciantly cool and highly flattering wraparound dresses that have overtaken the high street.

The iconic design of the ’70s was made famous by Diane von Furstenberg and is once again a cult dress shape this season thanks to brands such as Attico, Reformation and Réalisation Par whose dresses have garnered a cult following, including Alexa Chung, Margot Robbie and just about every fashion obsessed person you follow on Instagram.

One such dress being The Teale, a violet shaded 3/4 length wrap which will see you through multiple occasions this season. A perennial trend this time of year, this floral dress will make you stand out yet look effortless. It works equally well as a stand-alone piece as well as alongside everything you already have, fitting seamlessly into just about any wardrobe. Whether your lifestyle calls for elevated attire or you just require something to don over your swimwear to get you from beach to Airbnb, there’s no discernable need to splurge on an array of dresses this summer. Jazz it up or simplify it, this wear-anywhere dress does it all.
