How to Get the Glow

Maintain that goddess-like glow year round

‘Glow’ is one of the most popular beauty buzzwords, with most of us searching the latest on the internet on how to achieve golden goddess-like skin. This, of course, usually results in spending a lot of money on multiple products that promise to create a radiant complexion. Fortunately for some, glowing skin is easily achieved in the summer. However, with summer over, tans fading (sigh!) and cold weather wreaking havoc, it’s time to look into other alternatives.

Now, you’re not going to find a natural glow at the pan of a highlighter palette (though there is no harm in trying), but we do have some alternative options to help maintain that healthy glow. Your skin goes through a lot during winter when faced with the harsh weather conditions and central heating, but with the help of these following steps and products you can achieve that youthful glow all year round.

Exfoliation

Dead skin cells be gone! When you don’t exfoliate, dead skin cells tend to build up on the surface and clog the skin, leaving it looking dull and lifeless. Using an acid exfoliant like Pixi Glow Tonic or Glossier Solution as part of your nighttime routine will not only prevent this, it can also help to calm redness, banish blackheads and reduce the appearance of pores, revealing smoother and softer skin with a healthy glow.

Vitamin C Serum
