It’s hard not to aspire to celebrities when they have honed their picture-perfect bodies and beauty regimes with ample access to the right advisor at every turn. But, although many celebrities get the help of various health and fitness professionals like gym trainers, nutritionists, dermatologists, and makeup artists, celebrities themselves have their own health and fitness routines even ordinary folks can incorporate into our lives.
Aside from using top-of-the-line skin care products like Aritaum among others, here are some insider tips from famous celebrities for maintaining glowing skin and a healthy body:
Miley Cyrus has gone through dramatic, controversial, and outrageous image changes, from the guitar-carrying country girl in Hannah Montana, to twerk sensation post-Hemsworth breakup, and back to a more ‘wholesome’ Miley lately. Many fans have also noticed that the young celebrity has become more toned and slimmer since her Hannah Montana days. Although many rumours floated that she developed an eating disorder, Miley cleared these rumours by saying that her secret was eliminating gluten (e.g. wheat and wheat products) from her diet and doing Pilates on the regular.

Model, actress, wife, and mom Rosie Huntington-Whitely admits that she loves food and eating, but said that she recently has been cutting out red meat since she doesn’t crave it anymore. The actress also said that she noticed her body had become lighter and felt better as now opts for chicken and fish instead of red meats.
The Transformers star said that she didn’t work out much after having her first baby in 2012. However, she made some diet changes to compensate for the slack in her workouts by not consuming dairy. Megan said that dairy is hard on the hormones and it’s better to avoid it to prevent any commonly associated issues.

Victoria’s Secret beauty Miranda Kerr revealed that she enjoys having regular intimate activity since it helps tone her arms and stomach more easily. Miranda is also an advocate of natural beauty products and has launched her own skin care and cosmetics line, Kora Organics.
The famous Kardashian and now a mom of three revealed that she and her dad had been doing the Atkins Diet since fifteen years ago, which helped both of them lose weight quickly. Kim also said that the diet is ideal for her, saying that it’s not good to starve yourself when breastfeeding. The Atkins Diet is similar to the Ketogenic Diet, which recommends eliminating carbs and eating lots of fats and proteins.
Sports Illustrated bombshell Kate Upton has been doing the Blood Type diet to maintain her stunning figure. According to her trainer, Justin Gelband, the Blood Type Diet is designed to tailor one’s diet according to blood type, which is crucial for helping your body digest, process, and metabolise food much more efficiently.
Meryl Streep told People magazine that she had to shape up for her role as the high-maintenance fashion editor for the movie The Devil Wears Prada. Streep did so by taking swimming as an exercise and disciplining herself to teetotal away from the wine glass — after the first glass, of course.
Friends star Jennifer Aniston is also known for advocating a healthy diet and lifestyle to stay young-looking and in shape. Jen says that she starts the day with a glass of freshly squeezed lemon juice to flush out toxins from her body. You can also use lemon outside of your body like on your face with Aritaum lemon face mask.
Victoria’s Secret Angel Elsa Hosk revealed that she keeps her body in shape by frequently drinking green juices made from ginger, cayenne, and lemon mixed with hot water to flush out toxins from her system. She says it’s “fun” doing them, along with getting enough sleep regularly.
Despite her busy schedule being a hugely successful singer, designer, and businesswoman, Rihanna still manages to squeeze in cardio workout sessions. According to her trainer, Harley Pasternak, Rihanna manages to do 25-minute workouts three times a week when on the road and increases it to 30-minutes a day, five days a week once she gets more settled in a location.
Celebrities capitalise on their looks and thus feel the need to maintain their physiques. While they may have access to high-quality trainers and a team of professionals to help keep their image up, these celebrities have also shown that they too take matters in their own hands when it comes to maintaining health and fitness.
